- You grant PlotPit a licence to display and distribute your content within the platform
- You are solely responsible for the content you post
Content submitted by users reflects their own views and not those of PlotPit. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user content.
4. Content Moderation & Reporting
We aim to maintain a safe and respectful environment.
- We may remove content that violates these Terms
- We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion
- Users can report content they believe is inappropriate or harmful
5. Book Clubs & Social Features
- Book clubs may be public or private
- Club admins are responsible for managing their communities
- We are not responsible for interactions between users
6. Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Features may be modified or removed at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlotPit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including user-generated content or interactions between users.
8. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
9. Future Services & Payments
We may introduce paid features, subscriptions, or services in the future. Additional terms may apply and will be presented at the time of purchase.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
